preoccupied but happy

midterms have passed. finally, i can relax!

today is the feast day of St. Augustine. and it means NO CLASS! monday's a holiday too. oh i just love august.

last night was a great show. we watched the college of arts and sciences' words and music spectacle. it was amazing. there were a lot of singing...dancing and acting. one of the emcees was the anchor of the tv patrol visayas and the other was a really cute professor who reminds me of eric bana. though i think he's much better. a good dancer, actor and host... he's very lucky to have a lot of teenage girls screaming at him. gosh i can't wait to be a junior.

i still have a lot of things in my head. a lot of unfinished business. hmm... where do i start?

t'was very early in the morning and my bff hates me so much already. 'assumption kills' 'everything is not what it seems' 'the world is mad' blah blah blah. we haven't spoken to each other the whole morning. i didn't even absorb anything from our last day of novena at the mt.carmel church because my other bff is so chatty and i quite enjoyed our conversation.

the two of us played online games in our house. i'm so amazed coz' we both have the same taste of music, games, movies and a lot more. we ate lunch then played games again... finally, we picked up our blockmates in the church.

this is just extreme. 3/4 of block 6 came to our subdivision. a good time to party. but, midterm exams are fast approaching. it's gymnastics rehearsal time for all of us.

my head is stuffy. i need more sleep. still have math, accounting and finance. more headache.

math. we were factoring a lot. i was often stuck. my bff was like 'what's wrong with you?' ahh... she helped me through. i was really slow today.

ReEd. we just evaluated the professor's performance then made a prayer. my bff was so mad at me for copying her prayer. lol. forgive me. i just am an airhead right now.

we ate some good food. it was after that i told the sales girl that i wanted a grape flavored iced tea. her eyes widened. i was so embarrassed i just laughed at myself. then i went staring at nothing. it's like personal hibernation before midterms. oooh.

english. it was good to get my head back. thinking about accounting drained me a lot.

accounting. it was so horrible... to have a grade so low. this was the craziest test ever. another quiz like this is scheduled on monday. hopefully, i'll get a better grade.

talked to another stranger in the jeepney again.

p.e. our group was under pressure but we never stopped laughing. we needed to come up with gymnastics dance steps. we had a lot of different ideas but it we can't seem to make up our minds. ahh... too much creativity can be disastrous. lol. argh! our house's gonna be so crowded this saturday!

economics. apparently, we were not excused from the test. no way! this is way unacceptable. i was just so mad. my bff then burst into tears. i just can't get zero from a 60 item test. this is just stupid. i need lawyers!

finance was more than okay. my professor was surprisingly kind. we were allowed to take a special exam after midterms. now this is just great.
after class, we went to the chapel for a short mass. the language used was tagalog. the priest was so fluent with it.
the homily was the best part. this was the first time that i didn't want it to end. it was just so fun! the priest was incredibly humorous. i smile everytime i think about it. i was hoping to capture some still moments but cellphones are not allowed... of course.

on the jeepney, i found myself answering questions involuntarily. then, i was like 'what?' oops that was crazyy. hehe
there were 4 nursing students in front of us. they were blabbing about college life, relationships and nonsensical things that i find funny. they were so wild. my bff and i listened intently to their stories. then suddenly the loudest one talked to me. she was blabbing about me calling her if i have some problems blah blah... anyway, i enjoyed her company. she was really friendly and the funniest in their group. i'm glad to have met them. on the jeepney. which is just weird. =]

wow. i just got tired from copying notes that i'm beginning to take pictures of everything the professors write. this is amazing. my professor in ReEd seems to enjoy drawing! hehe

english class was so hilarious and so elementary. we were asked to give the sound of some animals. my blockmates were just so funny. i was laughing so hard. to my surprise, i was called to give the sound of the hen. i wasn't so sure about its sound. when i did perform it... all my blockmates laughed! i was so embarrassed. =]

accounting is serious time. i can't stop thinking about the test.
i'm so anxious. there are lots of things i wanna argue about.

gotta go! i have tons of things to do!

there's just too much pressure.

this day is full of tests! luckily, we were excused from our classes.
my bffs and i were included in the josenian math society showcase of talents for the organizational week. we were the emcees. i could about do anything for math cause i really need the extra credit. it was fun though!

yet i was still very sleepy. i was really drained from studying. whew!
anyways, the 3 of us are so blessed because... (it's a secret) =P

i came in math class confidently. hahaha. just kidding. our first quiz was returned and i couldn't accept my grade. argh! i approached my teacher and ask for you know... a little bit of consideration. to my surprise, she was very kind. i was so happy. my eyes widened and i was eager and ready for her class. -shocking. i enjoyed much listening to her stories --when she was in school like us. she's a very good natured person and i love her humor.

She's Serious. She's Back!

it's been a month and my daily posts were stopped.

blogger's been quiet. everyone's busy with college. but here comes august filled with holidays and class suspensions. ahh... i really needed the rest. i just finished writing the summary of the 73 books of the bible. the ink of my brand new pen went out in a day (literally!)

so what was going on with candice during the past 24 days?
she's been listening to a lot of demi lovato's. so so caught from the spell of the western spaghetti stop motion video. been sitting a lot! been eating a lot! has reduced 40 percent smiles. been so tired and sleepy lately. has experienced being absent for the first time in college (it was CWTS). she's in a recession. totally. she's barely hanging on the passing grade in math. still doesn't know all the names of her blockmates. just completed the magic circle session. been hanging on malls with friends. just had 6 puppies. =]

we had our JPIA acquaintance party last august 1.
i'm adorned with a shiny violet dress with hot pink lips and pumps.
