i can smell it... the redolence of the imminent emancipation. its breathtaking, overwhelming. simply staggering. i'm excited yet frightened. i didn't expect it to have a maximum impact in my quiet life.
it seems like just yesterday when i was running around getting unsightly cuts and scrapes. i would play naughty tricks to our house helpers and do crazy things with my cousins.etc.etc. there wasn't much serious things to do then. i just had so much fun! totally different nowadays. i'm starting to become one of those cynical people who say that life's difficult, mad and insane. hahaha.

i'm heading to college and i'm twitching with nervousness and excitement. i can smell the fragrant independence i've been longing for but fear the responsibility it entails. i have at my fingertips, all the knowledge i could ever hope to have. i can pursue what i want to learn with unfettered success. have a crazy schedule. have fun during vacancies. be more like an adult... blah blah blah... the list goes on.
