Bonding with JPIA family

i never planned on blogging this day. i hate waking up very early especially on a sunday. i thought this day would be boring and be another headache. but it turned to be the opposite. i have so many things to do but this is just worth remembering.

we had the division officers team building at nichol's heights in guadalupe. it was a nice place.
we began with a prayer... then some were called to share their expectations. etc. etc. after that, the central body president took the floor and discussed the ground rules. she just recovered from A(H1N1). i love her wacky and sunny attitude.

we finally started the first game! yay! so exciting! each one should find a partner. and it should be someone that doesn't belong to your division. so clearly we got paired with our ates and kuyas. the game was called "Divorce." first, you have to get to know your partner then follow what the commanding voice says. that person tells us "back to back", "right hand to forehead", "right cheek to right cheek" and so on. i have met a lot of new amazing people.
i got paired with this really cute guy. then the command was "right foot to left hand." it was difficult to keep balance so everyone sat. then "right hand to right shoulder." shudders. then lastly, "forehead to forehead." waaaah!--------------------
i also had the chance to be the voice in command because i've failed to find another partner. i was really confused that i suddenly said "right foot to right shoulder!" everyone laughed really hard. then i thought to my self. omg. that was crazy. erase that. so i tried another. hmm... "right hand to waist", "forehead to right shoulder" and "left hand to back." then divorce! i just kept laughing the whole time! it was so much fun. they looked so funny. they're like dancing but they're staring at the floor. hihihi. i didn't have the chance to take their pictures.... uhhhh....
it was really great. it was a unique way to connect with someone.

intermission by the division 4

another game. (each division) it's quite the same with "pass the message" but this time you have to draw the message at the back of the person in front of you. silence must be observed. this is to test our sensitivity and understanding. we had a strategy. we all have to be synchronized. i also had my own style. i observed the division 2's hands. hahaha. well, we won 2nd place. yay!

we had an open forum. sorry but the contents are top secret.

the entire performance was comical.

snack time! the division 4 were very kind and friendly. they shared their bountiful blessings with us. i wanted to eat more but i was really stuffed!

finally, we had an amazing race! we were the fastest duck walkers. yet we got stucked in addition and recall. i have learned many things today. in africa, the oldest church is found in ivorycoast. astronauts in russia are called cosmonauts. adding 111 111 111 with 111 111 111 is 12345678987654321. the egg can be your sun anytime of the day. and much more! we finished third place.
