Day 7.O.C.: wet n' wild

the weatherman said that there is a 100% chance of precipitation. it's signal no.1 today. my feet and jeans are soaking wet. but i still love the rain. hahaha. i just had my first school violation by wearing strapless sandals. i hate this rule so much! after this i'm gonna work on my apology letter.

bored. the library's closed. so we just sat near the window. watched the rain and took pictures.

P.M. we had our commerce convocation. we are the largest department of more than 2000 freshmen [and more than 4000 all-in-all]. it was the first time in the history that the convocation for commerce was held twice. we practiced our yell for saturday with the tune of the song "insomia" by craig david. [lyrics changed]. it was fun. everyone was so energetic and lively. then... danced our pakighimamat song. we had a short lecture on students' affairs etc. got acquainted with the faculty and the student council. the most enjoyable part was the intermission number of the tourism/hrm students. it was an astounding but incredibly amazing performance. [bartending]. glass bottles and cups were flying everywhere. lol. we were all shouting! the performers were really talented. they were so good!
there was an open forum.etc. then another intermission. a dance ensemble/drama. so nice. just can't get enough.

ahh. the day is over. thank god for this enjoyable experience. hope to get my i.d. immediately.

the line in the bookstore is still overwhelming. we had no choice but to cut line. so glad nobody complained. but still sad for the books we need are out of stock. grr...
